When your order is ready and passes our final quality inspections, just pay the remaining balance as per our agreement, and we'll secure a personalized container for your order.

A service deposit fee of $3,000 USD is paid prior to beginning work on your project. The $3,000 USD service fee will be deducted from the final order amount.

Shipping Payment

The cost of shipping is paid separately by the customer to the shipping company directly.

When purchasing from different factories, international logistics is not just delivering from point A to point B, but also considering collecting all the items without affecting the final cost or quality.

THE DELIVERY PROCESS STEP-BY-STEP

  1. Furniture, lightings, curtains, rugs & other goods’ consolidation in our warehouse in Foshan.
  2. Booking a shipment.
  3. Sending goods to the shipping company warehouse.
  4. Delivering container to the nearest port (Guangzhou/Shenzhen of Guangdong province).
  5. Customs clearance in China.
  6. Shipping containers to the clients’ nearest port.
  7. Customs clearance in the country of destination.
  8. Inbound delivery to door.

WHY IT’S ESSENTIAL TO DO QUALITY CONTROL WHEN BUYING FROM CHINA

Many of our customers underestimate the importance of quality control checks. They are used to guarantees and return/refund service policies back home. Suppliers in their home countries already did their QC work and made sure not to get any of the damaged goods to clients.

When buying directly from a factory in China, you are the one responsible for the quality of the goods, and returning it is too expensive.

Keep in mind that most manufacturers in China have no quality control and after-sales services. Therefore, when accepting the goods from the factory and something is missing, wrong color & wrong size or totally damaged, there is not much you can do.

That is why we do a thorough quality check before accepting the goods and take full liability for damages.

QUALITY CHECK PROCESS STEP-BY-STEP

Once the goods are ready, product managers go to the factory and inspect the quality (we check all details and send you photos/videos to verify as well).

  1. Produced items match the order (structure of goods, form, color, shape, material and quantity)
  2. Spoilage
  3. Tracks of usage
  4. Material consistency (for example, sofa stuffing should be equally soft without any hole underneath the fabric)
  5. Surface quality for wooden items
  6. Paint quality and uniformity
  7. Measurements (especially for customized items)
  8. Ceramics chipping and scratches
  9. Check hot-tubs and mini-swimming pools with water and check build quality of nozzles
  10. If any of the above are found, we ask the manufacturers to remake items and fix problems before shipping.

We sign a contract with every client and it includes all the information about our guarantees, terms, conditions and fees. We check 100% of the furniture & other goods before delivering it to our clients, in 99.9% cases our customer get what they’ve ordered.
